Hi! I applied for asylum in September of 2015. The interview has not been scheduled. Meanwhile, I established a business (S corp, gross income over $500k in 2019) here in the US. Can I apply for H1B or E-2 (Ukraine) visas? I do not have enough funds for EB-5. What are my options? I was in the USA on legal status all time. Thank you.
